Hi! I'm Brianne.
Environmentalist & Social Entrepreneur
I help purpose-led entrepreneurs start and scale enterprises that solve some of the biggest problems we face.
I am a New Zealand entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Ethique – a regenerative beauty brand founded in Aotearoa New Zealand and now sold in over 22 countries, in more than 8000 stores.
I was named a ‘ Top 100 Global Thinker’ by Foreign Policy magazine in 2016, the 2019 NZ EY 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year' and the One Young World's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020.
I am passionate about protecting and restoring our environment and I believe that business should benefit everyone involved, from suppliers, to the team - not just shareholders.

"We were lucky enough to have Brianne West (founder of Ethique) as our mentor during the Soda Inc Lift program. Our experience with Brianne was fantastic, we really appreciated her friendly and candid communication and will be forever grateful for the contacts and knowledge that she generously shared with us. She truly is the sustainability queen and has helped us understand how to create a purpose driven brand."

"Brianne comes to the session open and willing to share her vast experience with you! It’s rare to have access to a successful CEO who is willing to spend her time with earlier-stage entrepreneurs. It was a delightful session!"
